Anna Rostock, ANAI President, is appointed to prestigious national work group

Anna Rostock, ANAI President, was selected to be one of 14 nurses nationally to participate in the Nurse Staffing Advisory Group of the ANA.   Nurse staffing is a major focus area for the ANA and has a more significant place in the current national conversation because of the nationwide nurse shortage that is impacting the healthcare of Americans.  The primary focus of this group is to develop implementation recommendations for the nationally approved nurse staffing recommendations passed at the 2022 ANA Membership Assembly in June.  

The membership of this group is composed of well-known national nurse leaders representing both urban and rural states.

ANAI is very proud to have the president be selected to participate in the important work.  Anna is well positioned to make a significant contribution because of her regular job and the nurse manager of the clinical support unit for St. Luke's in the Treasure Valley, which manages and mitigates overall nurse staffing needs on a daily basis.
